The first stop at manta bay is rough waters but unbelievable experience swimming up close with the rays if your not a confident swimmer the divers have life rings you can hold onto and life vests so you are always safe. The next two stops are beautiful coral areas full of different types of fish and turtles. Really recommend going if you have the chance.”
