“Our group of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Nia Balinese cooking class! The market visit was very interesting and informative, learning about local spices and produce for making the Balinese dishes. The Chef was very knowledgeable, demonstrating various techniques and making sure that everyone in each group was given a chance to do the cooking. At the end we were able to eat the food that we helped prep/cook, which was delicious. We would definitely recommend taking this class!”
